1-1 PT over Zoom means that you can fit your workout into your lunchbreak without having to factor in travel time or drying your hair with a rubbish gym hairdryer! Instead, you exercise in your safe space without any judgement so you can achieve more than you have ever before!

Hi, I’m Hannah!
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and meditation and breathwork instructor. I work with people to help them exercise in a way that actually feels good and fits into their busy life - no more all-or-nothing!
I take a weight-neutral approach when training my clients, meaning that the focus is not on losses, but rather on what you can gain from adding exercise into your life.
Rather than being driven by aesthetic goals or weight-loss fads, I promote a method of training that helps clients thrive in life and for life in the long term. I do this by working with each and every client to find a routine with exercise that is sustainable and manageable, even when life gets busy!
I never shout, I never shame, I never judge and I will never ask you to do burpees (unless you want to!)
I do not weigh or measure my clients, I do not offer quick fixes. Instead, I offer my clients the opportunity to enjoy training as part of a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

FAQ
How does 1-1 PT work?
In our coffee chat, we’ll identify your reasons for exercising and your main short and long term goals if you have any. You’ll then be able to choose how many PT sessions you’d like in a week and what length will work best in your schedule. I offer 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.
In your first session you can expect me to take you through some basic shapes so I can see how you move and you can see how I coach. From there it’s bespoke all the way! I will write every workout especially for you to help you towards your goals and work with, rather than against, your body.
Of course, things happen. Don’t worry if you turn up to a session tired or lower in energy. I put the P in PT – we change and adapt each and every session to meet you where you’re at. This way we will escape the all or nothing cycle with exercise and move towards a something > nothing framework. The one message I reinforce with all of my clients is: All Movement Counts.
How many workouts are best?
There is no right or wrong number of workouts to do each week. Some of my clients see me once a week, others see me twice or three times. The best number of workouts is the number of workouts you can sustain, even on a busy week.
Remember this is always flexible as a routine that incorporates flexibility, is ultimately a sustainable routine.
How are you different to the other PT’s I’ve tried?
I’m a personal trainer who doesn’t really like most personal trainers! If I had £1 for every time a client came to me having had a negative experience with a trainer, I could retire now! I value your health over your weight, which means I will never ask you to step on the scales or wrap a tape measure around your waist. Instead I help you train in a way that feels good for life, not just the summer!
