Hi, I’m Hannah!
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and meditation and breathwork instructor. I work with people to help them exercise in a way that actually feels good and fits into their busy life - no more all-or-nothing!
I take a weight-neutral approach when training my clients, meaning that the focus is not on losses, but rather on what you can gain from adding exercise into your life.
Rather than being driven by aesthetic goals or weight-loss fads, I promote a method of training that helps clients thrive in life and for life in the long term. I do this by working with each and every client to find a routine with exercise that is sustainable and manageable, even when life gets busy!
I never shout, I never shame, I never judge and I will never ask you to do burpees (unless you want to!)
I do not weigh or measure my clients, I do not offer quick fixes. Instead, I offer my clients the opportunity to enjoy training as part of a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Client Results
When Kayla tried the club, she had no routine with exercise and also didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing, but didn’t trust the random workouts she would find on YouTube.
After a month of being a member she had a routine with exercise that was flexible and fun. The variety of classes meant that there was always a workout that she fancied so never had to force herself to exercise. For the first time ever, she actually wanted to exercise.
Through the Club she:
-
Found confidence in doing the exercises and was able to tackle the harder variations
-
Transformed her relationship with exercise, going from exercise avoider to exercise enjoyer!
-
Realised it was possible to exercise in a diet culture free space
