How it works…

The Programme is a 6 week self-paced guide to help you step away from diets and diet culture and exercise in a way that feels good. You can do it all in one go, or grab it when you need it, you’re in charge and once you have it, you have it for life.

This isn’t your average guide where you end up feeling worse about your body than you did at the start. This is a guide to give you the tools you need to build exercise into your life in a way that feels good for you.

Your pace, your schedule

The Programme is completely self-paced so you can slot it in whenever you have time or whenever you feel you need it. Plus you can revisit it whenever you need a reminder of your why!

Hi, I’m Hannah!

​

I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and meditation and breathwork instructor. I work with people to help them exercise in a way that actually feels good and fits into their busy life - no more all-or-nothing!

 

I take a weight-neutral approach when training my clients, meaning that the focus is not on losses, but rather on what you can gain from adding exercise into your life.

 

Rather than being driven by aesthetic goals or weight-loss fads, I promote a method of training that helps clients thrive in life and for life in the long term. I do this by working with each and every client to find a routine with exercise that is sustainable and manageable, even when life gets busy! 

 

I never shout, I never shame, I never judge and I will never ask you to do burpees (unless you want to!)

 

I do not weigh or measure my clients, I do not offer quick fixes. Instead, I offer my clients the opportunity to enjoy training as part of a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Client Results

When Helena joined The Programme, she was struggling with her body image to the extent that she didn’t ever want to set foot in an exercise environment. She wanted to find a way to add movement into her life that wouldn’t undo the work she’d done to feel more positive about her body.

With Happily Healthy – The Programme Helena found a new, far more positive and even joyful relationship with movement. She learned to move in a way that felt good for her body by exercising in a more intuitive way and this allowed her to revolutionise her relationship with her body

 

Now she:

  • Exercises consistently in a way that feels good and is still focussed and driven

  •  Has a more positive relationship with her body and is able to celebrate what she can do, rather than moving with the sole purpose of making herself smaller

  • Enjoys exercise both at home and has found a love for exercise classes as she feels confident in those spaces.
