I discovered meditation and breathwork 6 years ago as I dealt with anxiety and panic attacks. I found it such a useful tool to have in my toolbox, but struggled to make time for 20+ minutes of meditation per day. Fast forward to now, I'm a qualified Meditation and Breathwork Coach and Calm-ish was born - meditation without any of the rules!
